Return Policy
What if I need to return something?
Unless a product is damaged in shipping there are no returns on customized products. If there is damage please contact us at support@banginprints.com and we will send a replacement item upon receipt of a photo of the damage. We must receive notice of shipping damage within 72 hours of the shipping tracking showing delivered.
If you choose to return your product for any other reason you are responsible for return shipping costs back to us and there is a 20% restocking fee. Our products are made to order and we may not be able to resell the product you ordered. Please make sure you want the product before placing an order.
